Mr. Ko's appearances include numerous famous theaters in Europe, U.S.A, Russia, China, Japan and Italy. In addition to working with celebrated director Franco Zeffirelli, he has sung together with Jose Cura, Roberto Alagna, Vladimir Galugin, Niclai Martonuci, Giuseppe Giacomini, Gena Dimitrova, Maria Gulegina, Anna mula in various operas such as Rigoletto, Aida, Tosca, Nabucco, Andrea Chenier, and Pagliacci as the main chrarcter.

 After being invited by Berlin Philharmonc, he held a vocal recital celebrating the centenary of G. Verdi's death. At the Berlin Opera, he appeared in benefit performance to eradicate AIDS.

 He has appeared in over 500  recital and operatic performances. Presently he is a professor of vocal music at Hanyang University. Since 1990, the artist often appears in italy: Festival Pucciniano Torre del Lago, Verdi Festival Parma, Catania, Teatro Verdi Pagoda, Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, and Teatro dell'Opera di Roma(Pagliacci 2009, stage direction F. Zeffirelli).

The baritone also performed in spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Greece, Switzerland, etc. Some of his greatest successes were as Amonasro in 'Aida'(2006), De Luna in 'il Trovatore'(2007). Alfio in 'Cavalleria Rusticana', and Tonio in Pagliacci'(2009).

Some of his future engagements in Europe include Cario Grard in 'Andrea Chnier' with Deutsche Oper Berin(2011) and Opra de Massy(2012), as well as Iago in 'Otello' with Opra de Marseille(2013).
